Shipping and Returns

Online Policies

Americano Fashion wants for all our customers to love shopping with us. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, then we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges of items that meet these conditions:

  • The order was received in the last 15 days. We accept returns on products within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Products are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and thereby in its original condition. All original tags and packaging are still intact.

  • Exchanges are made for the style but of different size and/or colour.

All product purchases made online can are to be exchanged or returned via mail. Returns for online purchases cannot be handled in store. Americano Fashion reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies. In the case of a rejected return, the items will be sent back to the order’s original shipping address.

Return Options

In store: We accept returns at no charge in store.

By mail: For returns by mail, the fee is $9.50. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipping Options

Within Canada:

  • Free Shipping for orders over $100.

  • A fee of $9.50 is applied on orders under $100.

To the United States:

  • Standard shipping is $40.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

To make a return, please contact us and consider the following information:

  • Please write to us stating that you’re requesting a return shipping label.

  • If you are returning a damaged product, them please attach photos showing the damage on the product.

  • If you would like to exchange a product, then please indicate what size or colour you would like to receive in the exchange.

  • Please allow for 2-3 business days for us to process a request. If your request has been approved, we will email you confirming the request’s approval and attach a shipping return label. The label will be valid for 15 days.

Please note that in peak season, approval might take up to 5-10 business days to process your claims. Peak periods include promotional campaigns and holiday shopping.

Shipping a Return or Exchange

  • As neatly as possible, return the item(s) to the original packaging.

  • Print and attach the shipping label to the outside of the packaging.

  • Drop off the packaging to the nearest Canada Post station of pick -up location.

Process for Refund or Exchange

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processes withing 3-5 business days, upon receiving a returned package.

  • We can only refund payments via the original payment method.

  • An email will be sent confirming that a refund has been made. Please check with you banking institution that the refund has been completed.

Exchange:

  • Once we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the exchange.

  • An email will be sent notifying you that your exchange has been shipped and of a new tracking number.
